Ingredients:

- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon key lime juice (optional)
- Agave to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4-1 cup plant-based milk (coconut milk works well)
- Squeeze bottle or piping bag
Instructions:
- Mix the batter until smooth and transfer it to a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dispense the batter evenly into 1-2 inch circles on the skillet.
