GUT-FRIENDLY STRAWBERRY SWIRL MOCKTAIL

Mocktail Ingredients:
- 1 10-ounce bag frozen strawberries
- 1 thumb-sized piece of peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup agave/date syrup
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 cup SPRING water

Strawberries:
- Rich in polyphenols (hydroxybenzoic acids)
- Metabolized by colonic bacteria to create beneficial metabolites

Ginger:
- Adds a fresh kick
- Increases gut microbiota diversity

Mocktail Preparation:
- Blend frozen strawberries, fresh ginger, agave/date syrup, key lime juice, sea salt, and SPRING water until smooth.
- Adjust water as needed; the mixture should be thick and barely pourable.
- In a liquid measuring cup, pour 2/3 cup of coconut milk.
- In 2 glasses, alternate layers of coconut milk and the blended "daiquiri mixture."
- Use a spoon to gently swirl the layers.
- Serves 2.
