Bringing you information from one of the largest studies around fasting..….where ONE-THOUSAND…..FOUR HUNDRED and TWENTY-TWO participants were observed during a period of 4 to 21 days……..the goal of this study was to see if there were any SIGNIFICANT changes around basic health.  Participants followed the Buchinger Guidelines.

In this SHORT period….results were…..Reductions in Weight, Lowered Blood Pressure, and Lowered Heart Risk Factors.  Participants not only SAW….the physical differences…..but reported an Improvement of Pre-Existing Health Complaints.
