For optimal preparation, it is recommended to boil hibiscus, also known as Jamaica, for approximately 30 minutes, allow it to cool down, and then add it to a pitcher with water and ice. Feel free to add a few drops of KEY lime juice for extra benefits. There's no necessity to leave it overnight for infusion. Added sugar is NOT recommended.
