Meal Prep

Our Vibrant 7-day Cooked Alkaline Meals are prepared by Chef Cheryl.  We are here to help you with your goals of living a healthier lifestyle!

The 7-day Cooked Alkaline Meal Prep consists of various alkaline foods for 7-Days, however, many of our customers say each tray can feed two people (or two-servings).  You may also freeze the foods for up to 2-months (if properly stored)!

Each kit contains seven meals at $187.50, which includes meal prep containers.  Shipping is an additional $45, flat rate. 

Please think one week ahead.  Place orders by Thursday in order to have your meals ready and shipped every Wednesday.  If you are on a strict meal plan with Coach Denise, you will receive 100% Alkaline Meals from Dr. Sebi’s Nutritional List. 

We also create Vegan/Plant-based transitioning meals as well, so let us know your preference at purchase.  Lastly, please let us know if you have any allergies as nuts are used to make our cheez.
