The BEST part, NO Yeast AND No Baking Powder ๐ฑ๐
Ingredients:
2 cups chickpea flour
1 1/2 cups spring sparking water - freshly opened and room temperature
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp agave
1 tbsp grapeseed or avocado oil
Sesame seeds or melon seeds to sprinkle on top
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C / 356F.ย
Prepare baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place chickpea flour in a large bowl, then add sea salt, agave, grapeseed oil and water. Start with 1 cup and slowly fold the water into the flour (VERY IMPORTANT) do not mix, fold it in).ย
Add the rest of the water and fold the rest into the mixture.
PRO TIP: I sometimes add 2 TBSP of Sea Moss gel to help with rise -ย https://allthingsalkaline.com/collections/sea-mossย
You can also add 2 TBSP of Apple Sauce.ย It will make it a little sweet!
Sprinkle on top with sesame seeds/melon seeds.ย
Pour the mixture into baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 45min, until slightly brown on the top.
Do not over dry it.
