KALE PESTO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

Dressing:

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp key lime juice
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp oregano | dried
¼ cup kale pesto

Salad:

1 cup arugula
1 cup tomatoes | chopped
1 cup cucumbers | chopped
½ cup avocados | chopped
1 tbsp basil | chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all ingredients for the dressing to a bowl. Mix well.

Then in the same bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad. Mix well and enjoy!
