Is Fasting Effective?

Bringing you information from one of the largest studies around fasting..….where ONE-THOUSAND…..FOUR HUNDRED and TWENTY-TWO participants were observed during a period of 4 to 21 days……..the goal of this study was to see if there were any SIGNIFICANT changes around basic health.  Participants followed the Buchinger Guidelines.

In this SHORT period….results were…..Reductions in Weight, Lowered Blood Pressure, and Lowered Heart Risk Factors.  Participants not only SAW….the physical differences…..but reported an Improvement of Pre-Existing Health Complaints.

As always, please feel free to do your own research.  Just be sure it's always from #unbiased #peerreviewed #research

Benefits of Reishi Tea

Reishi is a type of medicinal mushroom that cleanses dis-ease from the blood.
The proteins from reishi (yes, the best type of protein come from plants), but umm, yeah, reishi contain all the essential amino acids and are especially rich in lysine and leucine. Lysine cleanses MANY viruses from the body.  Want to know which ones specifically?  For starters, please read the #unbiased #peerreviewed #research from these articles below:

Mushrooms are also traditionally used as cordyceps, which affects the behavior of the host parasite, causing it to exit the body and rid dis-ease.  See below for these interesting findings!
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3121254/

When people experience colds and coughs, chronic pain, weakness/fatigue, or even erectile dysfunction, tumor growths, the "itises" - arthritis, dermatitis, conjunctivitis, etc., it's usually from the growth of multiple parasites.  Parasites are living creatures that live off your body for food and a place to live.  Parasites are created in the body (and even ingested) from mainly animal meats and dairy, in addition to other contaminated food, water, sexual contact, etc.

Helpful Hints:
When doing your own research, you want to be sure the information isn't sponsored by any particular interested parties, organizations/corporations.  That type of research can skew numbers, leaving readers confused as to what to believe.  No worries here though as we're only interested in learning the truth.

Vitamins...a man-made system??

Many people do not get enough nutrients from diet alone, however, the majority of the supplements made available today are artificially made (Brown, 2016; Fulgoni et al., 2011).  Artificial supplements not only include vitamins, but antioxidants, minerals, and amino acids, and others are typically artificially made as well.  Natural nutrients can only be obtained from whole food sources in the diet (Brown, 2016), which Sea Moss is labeled as a Super Food.

According to research, vitamins are a man-made system, and the human body only needs minerals. Yes, we need Vitamin D, however, we can't bottle up the sun.  Needing natural nutrients (that the sun can provide for example) is how the “Vitamin” system came to be.  What started out as a way to communicate to patients, became a lucrative way to capitalize off consumers.

For now, companies must still be honest on the ingredient labels so consumers will understand the FULL ingredient list in the product.  We’ve adopted the saying, “The front is for entertainment, the back is for education” (Orisha, 2020).  #ReadTheLabels and pray the companies must remain honest for….ever…forever, ever…..ever ever!

The truth about Sea Moss

Edible microalgae

What the heck?
I know, I know…edible microalgae??  Sounds a bit weird, right?  If it makes you more comfortable, this is also known as seaweed.  If you’ve ever eaten fish, sushi, chlorella, spirulina, dulse, wakame, and so many other foods in local grocery stores/restaurants, you’ve eaten edible microalgae.  In fact, THIS is the very reason eating fish is marketed to us as healthy for our bodies.  However, the other parts of eating fish are not so healthy, so instead of “going to the middle-man”, just eat what the fish eat!

“Eating fish because it’s healthy is like eating a human because they eat salads.”
-Author, Dr. Denise

Seaweeds are a nutrient-rich food, gaining major attention due to the benefits they give to one’s health. Recent studies demonstrate the high nutritional value of seaweeds and the powerful properties that seaweeds’ bioactive compounds provide [1].  Used in combination with bladderwrack, Sea Moss has been successfully used for thousands of years in the treatments for reversal of chronic diseases [2].

Benefits
Seaweed is 100%, All Natural, highly nutritious, and crop free of chemicals [1].  It is identified as “nutraceutical food” which is a food that provides not only nutritional value but also it may help to prevent health problems.  Seaweeds-based foods are considered nutraceutical products due to the positive effects on human health such as:

  • Anti-viral

SEA MOSS

Sea Moss (also called Chondrus crispus and Irish moss) is a specific type of seaweed.  Sea moss is naturally rich in minerals and vitamins and may have potential health benefits in numerous areas of the body with regular use.  It is a spiny, edible plant, and has some similarities to other edible seaweeds such as kombu, dulse, or wakame.  Seaweeds were consumed as whole food since ancient times, and they still have great economic importance (Lomartire et al., 2021).

Sea Moss may be added to food or taken as a nutritional supplement, offering the body vitamins (A, B1, B2, B9, B12, C, D, E, and K), essential minerals (calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, and fluoride), dietary fibers [6,7,8,9], protein, essential amino acids and polyphenols, which exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties [10].
