Ingredients:
- 4 large mushrooms
- 4 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
Marinate the mushrooms in the mixture for at least 1 hour and then fry them in grapeseed oil.
🌱Dough:
- 3 cups white spelt flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp sea salt Spread the dough thinly to create a pita bread shape.
🌱Tzatziki:
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 3 tbsp alkaline cream (recipe available in my cookbook - link in bio ✨)
Additional toppings:
- 5 plum baby tomatoes 🍅
- Lettuce 🥬
- Chopped red onion
Serving suggestion: 4 Burro bananas for the "fries"!
