Zucchini Fritters X Waffles

π3 Zucchinis (skin peeled)
π15g Fresh Dill
π1 Shallot

π1 Cup Chickpea Flour
π3/4 Cup Naturally Sparkling Mineral Water
π1 Tsp Sea Salt (Adjust to preference)
πAvocado Oil

ππ½Using a food processor, pulse your zucchini, dill and shallot until youβve achieved a fine minced/grated consistency, then set your mix aside.
ππ½Next up, prepare your batter. To do so, simply combine all batter ingredients, whisking together until smooth.
ππ½Now merge the two (your ground zucchini mixture with your batter), mixing with a spoon until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
ππ½Time to cook! Spoon batter into preheated and oiled waffle maker, cooking until golden. Cooking time varies/differs based on individual waffle makers, so ensure to follow cooking instructions in accordance to your specific appliance (some have timers and distinct settings).
ππ½Repeat the process until all batter has been used, making sure to oil your waffle maker between each batch.
ππ½Serve with your favourite dips/sauces and enjoy!
