Why replace "healthy" oatmeal?
Another food that is marketed as "healthy" but not so much. It causes mucus. What's the cause of all dis-ease? #Mucus.
No need to give you more info than this! So, here's a REAL HEALTHY replacement.
Alkaline Spelt Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1 cup spelt flakes
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon clove or ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon date/agave sugar or syrup (optional)
- Fresh fruit (such as berries, sliced ripe burro bananas, or apples) for topping
- Nuts or seeds (such as chopped walnuts, brazil nuts, or hempseeds) for topping
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Spelt Flakes: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
-
Add Spelt Flakes: Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of spelt flakes to the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low and let the spelt flakes simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-
Season: Stir in 1 tablespoon of alkaline-electric butter and 1 teaspoon of clove or ceylon cinnamon into the spelt flakes. You can also add 1 tablespoon of date/agave syrup/sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.
-
Serve: Once the spelt flakes have absorbed the water and reached your desired consistency, remove the saucepan from the heat.
-
Top and Enjoy: Serve the alkaline spelt oatmeal hot, topped with your choice of fresh fruit and nuts or seeds.
-
Adjust Consistency: If the oatmeal is too thick for your liking, you can add a splash of water or alkaline-electric plant-based milk to reach your desired consistency.
-
Optional Additions: Feel free to customize your alkaline-electric spelt oatmeal with additional toppings such as shredded coconut or a drizzle of walnut butter.
Enjoy and glad you're eating more electric! Will make you have good-healthy poops! Thank me later!

For optimal preparation, it is recommended to boil hibiscus, also known as Jamaica, for approximately 30 minutes, allow it to cool down, and then add it to a pitcher with water and ice. Feel free to add a few drops of KEY lime juice for extra benefits. There's no necessity to leave it overnight for infusion. Added sugar is NOT recommended.Â
PSA:Â If you experience anxiety, consuming Jamaica (hibiscus) can potentially exacerbate it. As my grandma and mom often say, "Jamaica is nerviosa," so exercise caution when consuming it.
Herbal remedies are absolutely amazing, however, there are circumstances where it can cause more harm than intended. This is why we recommend you consult an experienced herbalist BEFORE consuming herbs....even if TikTok told you! :) Thank me later!
