Why replace "healthy" oatmeal?

Another food that is marketed as "healthy" but not so much.  It causes mucus.  What's the cause of all dis-ease?  #Mucus.

No need to give you more info than this!  So, here's a REAL HEALTHY replacement.

Alkaline Spelt Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spelt flakes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon clove or ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon date/agave sugar or syrup (optional)
  • Fresh fruit (such as berries, sliced ripe burro bananas, or apples) for topping
  • Nuts or seeds (such as chopped walnuts, brazil nuts, or hempseeds) for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Spelt Flakes: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Add Spelt Flakes: Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of spelt flakes to the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low and let the spelt flakes simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Season: Stir in 1 tablespoon of alkaline-electric butter and 1 teaspoon of clove or ceylon cinnamon into the spelt flakes. You can also add 1 tablespoon of date/agave syrup/sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste.

  4. Serve: Once the spelt flakes have absorbed the water and reached your desired consistency, remove the saucepan from the heat.

  5. Top and Enjoy: Serve the alkaline spelt oatmeal hot, topped with your choice of fresh fruit and nuts or seeds.

  6. Adjust Consistency: If the oatmeal is too thick for your liking, you can add a splash of water or alkaline-electric plant-based milk to reach your desired consistency.

  7. Optional Additions: Feel free to customize your alkaline-electric spelt oatmeal with additional toppings such as shredded coconut or a drizzle of walnut butter.

Enjoy and glad you're eating more electric!  Will make you have good-healthy poops!  Thank me later!

Alkaline Quinoa No Oatmeal with Hempseed Milk

Alkaline Quinoa "Oatmeal" with Hempseed Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups hempseed milk (or any alkaline-electric plant-based milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional). I don't use it cause I can't taste the difference.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves or Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup or agave syrup/sugar
  • Fresh fruit (such as berries, sliced peaches, or pears) for topping
  • Nuts or seeds (such as walnuts or pumpkin seeds) for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the Quinoa: Rinse 1 cup of quinoa under cold water in a fine-mesh sieve until the water runs clear. This helps remove any bitterness.

  2. Cook the Quinoa: In a saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and 2 cups of hempseed milk (or any plant-based milk) over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked and the mixture has thickened, stirring occasionally.

  3. Season: Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of ground cloves or Ceylon cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of date syrup or agave syrup into the cooked quinoa "oatmeal".

  4. Serve: Once the quinoa "oatmeal" reaches your desired consistency and the flavors are well combined, remove the saucepan from the heat.

  5. Top and Enjoy: Serve the alkaline quinoa "oatmeal" hot, topped with your choice of fresh fruit and nuts or seeds (if using). Berries, sliced peaches, chopped pears, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds are all excellent choices.

  6. Optional Additions: Feel free to customize your alkaline quinoa "oatmeal" with additional toppings such as shredded coconut or a drizzle of walnut butter.

For optimal preparation, it is recommended to boil hibiscus, also known as Jamaica, for approximately 30 minutes, allow it to cool down, and then add it to a pitcher with water and ice. Feel free to add a few drops of KEY lime juice for extra benefits.  There's no necessity to leave it overnight for infusion. Added sugar is NOT recommended.

PSA:  If you experience anxiety, consuming Jamaica (hibiscus) can potentially exacerbate it. As my grandma and mom often say, "Jamaica is nerviosa," so exercise caution when consuming it.

Herbal remedies are absolutely amazing, however, there are circumstances where it can cause more harm than intended.  This is why we recommend you consult an experienced herbalist BEFORE consuming herbs....even if TikTok told you!  :)  Thank me later!

No Chicken Breast Sandwich

Before you make this, are you 100% committed to eating Alkaline-Vegan?  If the answer is no, you may want to read this: The Link to Herpes, Chicken, Cows, and Pigs

Ok, now you may proceed!  :)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon papaya pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup hemp milk (or any approved plant-based milk)
  • Grapeseed oil or Avocado Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the mushrooms: Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems. Slice each mushroom into thick slices, resembling chicken breast pieces.

  2. Create the alkaline soak: In a large bowl, prepare an alkaline soak by mixing 1 quart of water with 2 tablespoons of sea salt. Submerge the mushroom slices in the alkaline soak and let them sit for 1 hour. This helps to tenderize the mushrooms and gives them a texture similar to chicken.

  3. Prepare the breading mixture: In a shallow dish, combine the spelt flour, sea salt, papaya pepper, paprika, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix well to incorporate all the spices evenly.

  4. Set up a dredging station: In another shallow dish, pour the hemp milk.

  5. Bread the mushrooms: Remove the mushroom slices from the alkaline soak and pat them dry with paper towels. Dip each mushroom slice into the hemp milk, ensuring it's well coated, then dredge it in the spelt flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the flour to the mushrooms. Place the breaded mushroom slices on a plate or wire rack.

  6. Heat the oil: In a large skillet or frying pan, heat grapeseed or avocado oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You'll want enough oil to submerge the mushroom slices halfway.

  7. Fry the mushrooms: Carefully place the breaded mushroom slices into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the mushrooms in batches if necessary. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  8. Drain and serve: Once the mushrooms are cooked to perfection, use a slotted spoon or tongs to transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve the fried alkaline "chicken" mushrooms hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside your favorite side dishes.

Enjoy your delicious and cruelty-free Fried Alkaline "Chicken" Breast made with portobello mushrooms and spelt flour!
