Alkaline Energizer
Ingredients:
2 cups kale (chopped)
*Lymphatic (immune) health
1 cucumber (peeled and sliced)

1 green apple (cored and sliced)

1 lime (peeled)
*Hydration *Natural Electrolytes
1 inch ginger (peeled)

2 cups SPRING water

Add everything to your juicer (except the Sea Moss) IN THIS ORDER. Add Sea Moss after and blend together or simply shake it up! Sip, gulp, enjoy...but be mindful of the benefits to your bawwwdy! :)

It's like warm apple pie!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Spelt or Einkorn Flour
- 3-4 lbs. baking Apples (I like gala, granny smith, and red delicious apples)
- 1/2 cup Agave or Date Syrup
- 1/2 cup Date Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt / 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves
- 1 tsp. Allspice*
- 1/3 cup Grapeseed Oil
- 1/2 cup Spring Water
- Key limes (optional)
*Allspice was removed from the nutritional guide, you can use clove as an alternative spice.
Tools
- Apple Slicer/Corer
- Vegetable Peeler
- Food Processor (optional)
- Pizza Cutter
If you do not have a food processor to mix the dough, you can always mix the dough by hand.
Directions
- Peel and cut apples into thin slices. Preheat oven to 425°F
- Add apples, date sugar, agave, cloves, allspice, and 1/2 tsp. sea salt to a large skillet.
- Mix together ingredients and simmer on medium-low for 15-20 minutes.
- Add spelt flour and 1 tsp. sea salt to food processor and blend for 10 seconds.
- Slowly add grapeseed oil while mixing, then slowly add spring water until formed into a ball.
- Cut dough in half and roll out thin, then place dough into pie pan and remove excess dough.
- Taste apple mixture and add more agave if needed then add to pie pan.
- Roll out other half of dough and cut into 1 inch strips with pizza cutter or knife.
- Lay strips across pie horizontally, then lay them vertically.
- Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Enjoy your Alkaline Electric Apple Pie!

Raw Black Sapote Cheezcake
Let’s make the base!
In a food processor, add:
½ cup of walnuts
1/8 cup of coconut flakes
2 Dates
1/8 TSP of sea salt
½ TSP of clove
Blend until you get a crumbly, sticky texture!
Then gently press down in a small springform cake pan.
Next Up:
In a high-speed blender:
Grab 2 ripe black sapotes
2/3 cup of hempseeds
½ cup of coconut jelly meat
4 dates
¼ TSP vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
Blend everything until rich and smooth like a thick pudding! Pour over your base. Freeze overnight and top with berries or whatever you like!

Snow Globe Mocktail
HOW TO MAKE:
Add some SPRING water to a glass, some pomegranate seeds or cherries and then a sprig of rosemary and freeze. Next, top with clear sparkling beverage.
You can use ginger beer or add some agave but use sparkling water only if you want it clear. Either way, it’s such a fun way to serve up a festive drink.
